United StatesNot Happy Poor Quality Control
Finally got around to setting up my second set of grow shelves today. Boy was I disappointed when I opened the carton containing my 4 new lights and found all 4 lights crimped (bent)! The shipping carton was crimped! In the past the lights have been packaged in separate boxes and stacked on top, now the lights are stacked on each other and I guess you pray they don't get dropped whacked or whatever. The 2 cent Fragile label provided no protection. Yes the lights work but look like I don't take care of my stuff. I would send a picture but this questionnaire doesn't appear to provide that service? I'll think twice before buying light again from Sunco!!
